The Best Portable Printer Scanner

There are so many ways to achieve the perfect portable printer scanner combination. It is just a matter of careful and persistence research. It is time consuming also because there are so many portable scanners and portable printers and many more are coming out every day, literally.

Here I just want to share what I came up in terms of portable scanner and portable printer that have worked great for me aver since.

For portable printer I trusted Canon and their Pixma 90i, but I also bought an add on battery pack, because I use it extensively out of the office where there is no power supply.

For portable scanner I chose one from Visioneer – The Road Warrior Scanner if I recall correctly.

As I said this portable printer scanner combination has worked well for me, but you may need to come up with one on your own.

Portable Printer Scanner is a combination of printer and scanner. It might sound obvious, but fact is that it’s hard to find two devices small enough that can work together.

As a matter of fact you will need a laptop to make the whole thing works. It doesn’t mean that it is impossible. With a little research on your side you will be able to find a portable printer and scanner combination that works for you.

For example I was able to assemble one. Both portable printer and scanner fit nicely in rolling a computer case that with the laptop weight is about 25 lbs.

The only drawback I see to taking portable printer scanner with me in the field is that I have to clean the devices once a week.

However my productivity is up, so I guess this is a fair price to pay. It is definitely worth it to have a portable printer scanner if you want to get the job done
